  • Drafting digital rental agreements as requested by the user.

3. Data Protection & Security

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketing companies. Government IDs provided for verification are encrypted and stored in restricted access environments.

1. Platform Scope

ToLet.Property is a digital marketplace connecting property owners and tenants in Bangalore. Propeazy acts solely as a technology facilitator and discovery platform.

2. User Responsibilities

  • Owners: Must hold legitimate ownership or authorized legal representation for any listed property. Fake, misleading, or outdated listings will be removed immediately.
  • Tenants: Agree to provide accurate contact details and respect property rules during scheduled site visits.

3. Zero Brokerage Guarantee

ToLet.Property does not charge brokerage commissions on standard tenant-landlord agreements. Optional value-added services (e.g. ₹4,999 Rental Success Package, Tenant Verification, PossessionCheck) are billed on a flat, transparent upfront basis.

4. Limitation of Liability

While Propeazy performs periodic telephone and documentary checks, landlords and tenants are advised to exercise mutual due diligence before executing tenancy contracts and transferring security deposits.

Refund Policy

1. Rental Success Package (₹4,999) 90-Day Guarantee

We provide a 100% money-back guarantee for the ₹4,999 Rental Success Package under the following transparent conditions:

  • The property remains unrented after 90 continuous calendar days from the date the professional ad campaign goes live.
  • The owner kept the property available for tenant visits and maintained reasonable market-rate pricing throughout the period.
  • Refund requests can be submitted via WhatsApp (+91 70102 88011) or email to refunds@propeazy.in.

Approved refunds are credited directly to your original payment method / UPI within 7 business days.

2. Individual Move-In Services

For standalone services (PossessionCheck, Deep Cleaning, Tenant Verification):

  • Cancellations requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled professional visit receive a 100% full refund.
  • Completed inspection and verification reports are non-refundable once the digital deliverable has been issued.
